Mr. Goetz has worked with Morrow-Meadows Corp. for 30 years. He has worked as a Project Manager, Project Executive and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Goetz is now the General Manager / Vice President of Morrow-Meadows Corp., Northern California and oversees both the South San Francisco and Oakland offices. Mr. Goetz has held his present appointment since 2001. |

Mr. Scherer is responsible for managing the Oakland office. He has worked as Foreman, General Foreman, Service Manager and Senior Project Manager. Mr. Scherer has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. |

Slagle-Director of Preconstruction/Engineering
As the Director of Preconstruction, Mr. Slagle is responsible for budgeting projects and conceptual estimating, as well as design-build pricing and engineering. He has been affiliated with the electrical business for over thirty years. |

Scherer-General Construction Superintendent
Mr. Scherer is responsible for managing all of Morrow-Meadows Corp., Northern California’s projects for the entire Bay Area. He has been working in the electrical industry for over twenty years. |

Kathleen
Richards-Controller
Ms. Richards is
responsible for managing the Accounting Department and
providing financial information to the corporate office.
Other duties include overseeing the front office staff,
as well as maintaining the division’s Information Technology. |

John Menicucci-Senior
Project Manager
Mr. Menicucci is
responsible for managing many of Morrow-Meadows Corp.,
Northern California's larger projects, as well as overseeing
many procedures within the department. Mr. Menicucci is
also Morrow-Meadows Corp., Northern California's Accubid
Administrator. He has been involved in the industry
since 1983. |

Dennis Kelly,
CSP-Risk Manager
Mr. Kelly holds a
Bachelor of Science in safety from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania. He is a professional member of A.S.S.E.
(American Society of Safety Engineers). Other
affiliations include being a member of the L.A. NECA
Industrial Safety committee. |

Freedman-Marketing Director
Mr. Freedman is
responsible for helping to negotiate new work, maintaining
solid customer relationships, and developing new opportunities
in the marketplace. Mr. Freedman has been with MMC since
1988 and has held his current position since 1993. |
